      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answering incoming telephone calls in a timely, professional, and courteous manner
      - Handling member requests or directing them to the appropriate person for assistance
      - Providing professional, high-quality member service specializing in deposit services, consumer loans, and virtual services
      - Promoting services to strengthen member relationships and provide greater financial value
      - Ensuring compliance with credit union standards, policies, and applicable regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Bilingual fluency preferred, but not required
      - Experience in a service or sales related capacity
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to work with a wide variety of people on a daily basis
      - Organizational skills, efficiency, and accuracy in a fast-paced work environment
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows software programs

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual fluency
      - Previous experience in a customer service or sales role
      - Familiarity with credit union operations
