What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver a best-in-class customer onboarding experience to help customers quickly meet their business needs
- Drive the onboarding engagement from kick-off to project completion, ensuring outstanding customer experiences
- Tailor solutions based on customer needs and business objectives
- Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously while meeting defined outcomes
- Provide guidance and recommendations on self-service resources and online training materials
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Fluency in English and German
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize workloads
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Technical proficiency and ability to learn and teach software
- Experience in onboarding or training within the Software as a Service (SaaS) industry
- Familiarity with project management software and/or Salesforce
- Experience in project management or coordination
- Ability to develop and deliver presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences
