Job Description
- Req#: 1683
- Initiates and monitors new employee Level 2 Background process established by Quest, Inc.
- Manages the onboarding process by ensuring candidates complete all necessary steps in a timely manner.
- Files documents into appropriate employee files.
- Runs reports in HRIS system as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Completes E-verify, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains accuracy.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and Training department to schedule training sessions.
- Foster a positive and welcoming environment for new employees.
- Handles all special projects as requested by management and other duties/ responsibilities as assigned.
- Collaborate with various departments for a cohesive onboarding and compliance strategy.
- This is an on-site opportunity in our headquarters in Orlando.
- 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma required. Associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred.
- At least 1 year of onboarding experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and duties simultaneously.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- PHR and SHRM-CP a plus but not required.
- Present a positive and professional image at all times.
- Able to work in the US and not require Visa Sponsorship from our company now or in the future.
