What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage high-volume transactions related to new hire onboarding, including offer letters and compliance documentation
- Process and review HR-related administrative documents using electronic signature software
- Communicate with candidates and hiring teams regarding onboarding requirements and status updates
- Utilize reporting tools to track candidate progress and metrics
- Act as a liaison between various departments to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Scheduling, Staffing, or other high-volume activities
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with Applicant Tracking and Onboarding Systems, preferably iCIMS and UKG
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity

- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all organizational levels
- Proven ability to multi-task and manage time-sensitive deadlines
