What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, schedule, and track new hire training across the healthcare system
- Ensure timely and accurate class registration and training schedules
- Support automation and HR system processes throughout caregivers' tenure
- Assist with system upgrades and process improvements to maintain compliance
- Maintain meticulous data, records, and documentation for training programs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Previous experience in training/process coordination, HR support, or a related field
- Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Technical proficiency with EHR systems, HR systems, and Microsoft products
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- HR certification (HR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues efficiently
- Customer service orientation with a commitment to excellent service
- Adaptability to new processes and systems quickly
- Proficiency in Excel and managing multiple data entries
