- Perform required tasks in accordance with established service level agreements (SLAs) and standard operating procedures, ensuring compliance
- Provide excellent customer service and candidate experience
- Assist with communication and correspondence with Talent Acquisition Partner, Employee Health, and key stakeholders
- Act as resource for new hires by providing Onboarding information, ensuring awareness of onboarding tasks, answering questions, while ensuring new hires move through Recruitment and HR system Onboarding steps efficiently
- Ensure all hiring / regulatory documentation is received and properly maintained
- Identify potential gaps in minimum requirements, if applicable
- Assist new hires with health assessment scheduling
- Monitor background check and Health Assessment; coordinate follow-ups when needed
- Manage start date changes
- Prepare and maintain regular onboarding reports Identify and communicate issues and opportunities for efficiencies
- Strong organizational skills, high skill level in customer service, effective presentation skills.
- Detail oriented, establish service level agreements and meets and exceeds customer expectations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, and drive excellence.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills including fact finding, influencing, listening and problem solving.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with staff, hiring leaders, vendors and senior leaders across the organization.
- Maintains a positive and professional demeanor in a fast-paced work environment.
- Intermediate skills, Microsoft Office proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Associate’s Degree; Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field. Other education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Two years office or administrative experience required.
- Experience in Human Resources or Recruitment preferred.
