What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates undergoing the onboarding process
- Manage all aspects of onboarding paperwork, ensuring timely completion
- Collaborate with recruiters to monitor candidate progress and update start dates as necessary
- Review completed paperwork for accuracy and compliance before submission to the Quality Assurance team
- Identify areas for improvement in the onboarding process and implement enhancements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Previous onboarding experience at a staffing firm
- Exceptional time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; bilingual in Spanish and English is required
- Proficient with or ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

- Familiarity with compliance and quality assurance standards in staffing
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced recruitment environment
