Initiate onboarding/concierge process for clinical new hires
Commence relationship building during introductory call with Practice Development Director
Follow up initial call with a handwritten note of welcoming
Maintain single point of contact for all new providers and communicates regularly
Proactively check-in with clinicians for completing onboarding data
Document workflow real time including m aintain ing new hire spreadsheet and ensure accuracy of data
Effectively coordinate with internal departments to ensure the provider’s start date readiness with departments such as credentialing to ensure the onboarding process is seamless
Confirm that all IT access is granted and equipment is shipped
Maintain ongoing correspondence with all stakeholders including internal and external, particularly around hiring delays in background checks and/or pre-hire processes
Host biweekly communication with divisional leadership
Adhere to the onboarding standards and workflows
Track and report divisional onboarding metrics to internal stakeholders
Maintain and adhere to new hire orientation calendar
Host and/or facilitate general orientation sessions including systems overview trainings
Schedules new hire check-ins post hire at 2 weeks and again at 30 days
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration
1 + year of experience in a human resources or talent acquisition department
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SharePoint
Demonstrated superior relationship management
Possesses an ownership mentality
Solutions oriented
Strong organizational skills
Ability to manage time-sensitive workflows
Detail oriented and focus on accuracy of data
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States

Role Overview:
The Provider Onboarding Specialist provides comprehensive coordination of provider onboarding to ensure a positive experience. This position is responsible for building internal and external relationships to effectively onboard new hires and ensure providers have everything they need to start work including but not limited to IT equipment and access, biographies and headshots, digital profiles and prepares them for the first month of orientation .
Compensation: $53,000 - 63,000/annually, with additional annual bonus potential
