      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage pre-employment requirements for finalist candidates across various roles
      - Initiate I-9 for employment eligibility verification and conduct background checks
      - Provide regular check-ins and support to finalist candidates throughout the pre-employment process
      - Work closely with Talent Acquisition Consultants to ensure timely updates and adjustments
      - Maintain and manage onboarding documentation and spreadsheets for new hires

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
      - 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, such as HR Coordinator, HR Generalist, or HR Assistant
      - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
      - Effective communication skills for candidate interactions and team collaboration
      - Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
      - Familiarity with HR vendors or systems
      - Experience in compliance or onboarding processes within higher education
