      Join GetResponse – a global marketing automation platform used by companies in over 180 countries. As an Onboarding Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and effective start for our new customers. You'll lead onboarding sessions, guide setup and integration, and help customers quickly see the value of our product. To support our international clients across various time zones, this role operates during business hours from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM CET.

      Main Tasks:

      • onboard and train new customers on the GetResponse solution through live sessions
      • provide expert guidance and best practices to help customers reach their initial business goals
      • encourage adoption of new features and tools across email marketing, automation, and beyond
      • collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper account setup and integration
      • engage with customers via video calls, email, and phone to collect insights and feedback
      • identify potential upsell opportunities based on customer goals and engagement

      You may be a perfect fit if you have:

      • 1+ years of experience in customer success, onboarding, or customer-facing roles (ideally in SaaS, B2B, or martech)
      • impeccable customer skills, with a strong sense of empathy, integrity, and ownership
      • strong presentation and relationship-building skills – you know how to earn trust from the start
      • excellent verbal and written communication in both Polish (native) and English (C1+)
      • ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
      • technical curiosity – you’re not afraid of domains, integrations, or workflow logic, and you learn fast
      • knowledge of the online marketing industry (not required, but definitely helpful)

      Nice to have:

      • experience with B2B SaaS onboarding or implementation practices
      • additional languages such as German, French, Spanish, Italian or Portuguese
      • familiarity with tools like ecommerce, CRM or email automation platforms

      Salary range:

      • 6 500 – 8 500 PLN gross/month on contract of employment + bonus up to 2000 PLN gross
