      Job summary

      An exciting development opportunity has arisen to join our department of 44 Dietitians, Nurses, Dietetic Assistants and Administrators. We provide a high-quality dietetic service to both the acute and the primary care sector in West Suffolk. We are looking to recruit a Secondment or Fixed term contract B7 dietitian who has a specialist interest in the management of both renal and oncology patients. They would work alongside supportive multidisciplinary teams in the outpatient dialysis department, acute renal ward and community oncology team.

      Main duties of the job

      The dietitian will provide an outpatient service that will include working an evening every other week with some flexibility to support twilight renal dialysis patients. The post holder will also provide some ward cover to support the other renal dietitian. From an oncology perspective, this post will support the Band 6 Community Oncology dietitian with the community caseload will take on a caseload of home enteral feeding oncology patients.
