- You will be an experienced Cancer nurse with a valid NMC PIN with either a formal Oncology qualification, SACT passport or inhouse Oncology training to administer SACT (Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy) You will display a high level of care and empathy to help our patients achieve their goals and regain their independence. You will be well-organised and comfortable managing your own workload and itinerary, basic IT skills are required along with a full UK driving licence.

You will have direct impact on people's lives, providing specialist holistic support to Oncology patients referred to LPCH and providing better patient outcomes and clinical credibility for referring clinicians.
The Clinical Nurse Specialist will be responsible for providing evidence based holistic care to our private patients. The CNS will independently manage a caseload of patients, providing a professional person-centred approach through care planning, treatment and beyond. You'll work closely with internal and external teams, including attending events to promote our services but you'll also have the ability to work autonomously and confidently provide expert nursing advice and support to other health professionals.
