Job Description Summary:
This position is responsible for providing education and support to screening and cancer patients. Responsibilities include addressing healthcare disparities and barriers to care for patients; including facilitation of communication across the continuum of care, coordination of resources, education and advocacy, and coordination of care with managing physicians and the interdisciplinary team. May participate in some aspects of clinical care. This position exists in various departments throughout Cancer Services across the OhioHealth system of hospitals and healthcare services.Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (Required)RN - Registered Nurse - Ohio Board of NursingOhio Board of NursingOhio Board of NursingBachelor of Science ( BSN) in Nursing from a four-year college or university; Current licensure to practice as a registered nurse in the State of Ohio. Clinical knowledge of oncology. 3 - 5 years clinical Experience in Oncology.
