- The Oncology Pharmacist works in an outpatient oncology center (Abben Cancer Center) and hospital pharmacy environment consisting of clinical pharmacy services, clinical monitoring, medication information, technician supervision, dispensing, IV admixtures, computerized profiles, compounding etc
- The Oncology Pharmacist will be responsible for the provision of Pharmacist services for all customers of Abben Cancer Center and Spencer Municipal Hospital by following established regulations, standards, and practices
- Must have current license to practice pharmacy in the State of Iowa
- Must maintain current Basic Life Support certification, or willing to obtain upon hire
- Must maintain Advance Board Certification in Oncology (BCOP), or must receive within 1-2 years
- Oncology pharmacy experience preferred, or must demonstrate a strong desire to learn (Oncology pharmacy training program will be offered)
- Full-time, 60 hrs per pay period
- 8-9 hour shifts
- 3-4 days per week
- On-call rotation for nights and weekends
- Holiday rotation

Based on clinical staffing needs, this position will support both the Abben Cancer Center and the hospital pharmacy.
