What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, understanding their practice structure and business model
- Analyze complex buying environments to identify trends and develop short and long-term account plans
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and effectively position the company’s offerings against competitors
- Collaborate with extended customer teams to ensure a consistent and integrated customer experience
- Influence stakeholders in oncology accounts to develop customized strategies that meet their needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree with 6-8 years of sales experience, or a high school diploma with 10 years of equivalent experience
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required by the role
- Experience in the healthcare/scientific field, including pharmaceutical or biotech sectors
- Strong understanding of cancer staging, treatment options, and the impact of clinical trials
- Ability to analyze account interdependencies and develop strategic plans
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of oncology field sales experience
- Documented history of strong performance in sales or oncology clinical roles
- Experience with therapeutic agents in oncology sales
- Background in clinical oncology across multiple solid tumors
- Experience collaborating with diverse teams to achieve customer success
