      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building relationships and understanding their needs
      - Educate key stakeholders about oncology products and the company's vision
      - Analyze complex buying environments and identify trends in drug distribution
      - Collaborate with the account team to develop and execute account plans
      - Share best practices and insights to enhance customer experiences

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of sales experience or a high school diploma with at least 10 years of equivalent experience
      - Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a vehicle
      - Willingness to travel as required for customer meetings and national sales events
      - Legally authorized to work in the United States
      - Experience in the healthcare/scientific field, including pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical devices

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of oncology field-based experience selling oncology therapeutics
      - Established relationships with key oncology accounts within the territory
      - Documented history of strong performance in oncology sales or marketing roles
      - Oncology experience across multiple solid tumors, such as breast, ovarian, and prostate cancer
