- Provide a high level of student outreach and connect with students, academic advisors and team leads on a frequent basis to ensure student success
- Engage, offering an increased and innovative presence in the classroom
- Provide substantial student feedback and offer a quick turnaround on grades
- IT-140 Introduction to Scripting
- Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited higher education institution
- 1 or more years teaching experience at the college level
- Prefer experience specifically with Python and PyCharm: the Python IDE
- 2+ years of professional experience in computer science or information technology, software engineering or software development

The opportunity
Southern New Hampshire University is looking for faculty to teach in our Computer Science program. Our online faculty provide high-quality, "real" scenario-based learning experiences and support learners as they work toward their educational goals. Online faculty members work in a collaborative learning environment, partnering with learners, student advising and members of the academic team to ensure that each learner has the support you need to gain real-world skills applicable to their present and future careers.

Compensation:
The standard compensation for most courses is $2,200 per 8-week undergraduate course, and $2,500 per 10-week graduate course. Undergraduate and graduate adjuncts are paid bi-weekly and are considered W-2 employees of Southern NH University.
