      Hours: Monday – Friday; 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
      Location: Conshohocken, PA 19428
      (Hybrid Schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
      Overview
      IKEA is seeking a digitally skilled Online Content Specialist to manage content creation, adaptation, and publishing across multiple digital platforms. This role blends creative marketing expertise with hands-on content management and CMS publishing tasks. The ideal candidate will be an experienced digital communicator with a passion for driving customer engagement and consistency across channels.
      Job Description
      Primary Responsibilities:
      • Localize global content for U.S. audiences to ensure relevance and consistency
      • Create and manage new content based on local commercial needs
      • Optimize content and editorial processes for quality and efficiency
      • Collaborate with merchandising, SEO, and digital teams to ensure cross-functional alignment
      • Conduct local A/B testing in alignment with Group Digital guidelines
      • Manage digital assets and oversee publishing through IKEA CMS tools
      • Create and maintain pages, ensuring they meet UX/UI and accessibility standards
      • Coordinate multiple content projects and campaigns simultaneously
      • Cooperate cross-functionally (Marketing, Digital, Fulfillment, Finance, Communications, etc.)
      • Promote an open, collaborative, and values-driven team environment
      Required Skills
      • Strong digital content management and CMS experience
      • Excellent writing and editing skills for digital platforms
      • Knowledge of SEO best practices as they relate to content
      • Experience managing content projects across teams and departments
      • Familiarity with UX/UI and Web Accessibility (ADA) principles
      • Multichannel and customer-centric marketing understanding
      • Strong organizational and time management skills
      • Able to lead content creation and publishing cycles end-to-end
      Education Requirements
      • Formal qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or related field
      Preferred Qualifications
      • Bilingual – Spanish speaking strongly preferred
      • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Web Content Management
      • 5+ years in digital marketing, content creation, and/or copywriting
      • Experience with marketing campaign management and CMS tools
      • Knowledge of CRM, media channels, and the retail/home furnishing industry
