- Localize global content for U.S. audiences to ensure relevance and consistency
- Create and manage new content based on local commercial needs
- Optimize content and editorial processes for quality and efficiency
- Collaborate with merchandising, SEO, and digital teams to ensure cross-functional alignment
- Conduct local A/B testing in alignment with Group Digital guidelines
- Manage digital assets and oversee publishing through IKEA CMS tools
- Create and maintain pages, ensuring they meet UX/UI and accessibility standards
- Coordinate multiple content projects and campaigns simultaneously
- Cooperate cross-functionally (Marketing, Digital, Fulfillment, Finance, Communications, etc.)
- Promote an open, collaborative, and values-driven team environment
- Strong digital content management and CMS experience
- Excellent writing and editing skills for digital platforms
- Knowledge of SEO best practices as they relate to content
- Experience managing content projects across teams and departments
- Familiarity with UX/UI and Web Accessibility (ADA) principles
- Multichannel and customer-centric marketing understanding
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Able to lead content creation and publishing cycles end-to-end
- Formal qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Bilingual – Spanish speaking strongly preferred
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Web Content Management
- 5+ years in digital marketing, content creation, and/or copywriting
- Experience with marketing campaign management and CMS tools
- Knowledge of CRM, media channels, and the retail/home furnishing industry
