What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Utilize an online database to service potential customers and generate dealership appointments
- Focus on efficient, effective talk-offs to ensure successful appointment setting and sales volume
- Communicate with potential customers using various platforms including text, chat, and email
- Develop professional relationships with customers and dealerships to identify vehicle needs
- Fully explain the steps of the sales process to customers and ensure a smooth transition to a retail location for finalization of the sales experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma required, Associates degree preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Passionate and goal-oriented with a focus on exceeding goals
- Strong attention to detail
- Timely and reliable with regular and predictable attendance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in automotive sales or customer service
- Positive emotional resilience and ability to maintain an optimistic attitude in challenging situations
