What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the initial point of contact for all inbound leads and prospects
- Actively manage all inbound leads from various sources throughout the region
- Collaborate with the online sales manager to convert leads to appointments and sales
- Maintain ownership of key performance indicators and track progress towards team goals
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of product, communities, and incentives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Friendly and welcoming demeanor with exceptional customer service skills
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of management methods and employee relations techniques
- Ability to work in an equitable, inclusive, and diverse environment
- Proficiency in CRM database management, Salesforce experience preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of the homebuilding industry
- Previous experience in sales or customer service roles
