      SUMMARY OF POSITION:

      The primary role of the Online Sales Consultant will be responsible for generating leads through compelling, call to action website content, and for following up on leads. The Online Sales Counselor will use expert knowledge and sales ability to convert the leads into appointments and the subsequent conversion to Sales.

      ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

      • Building and maintaining realtor relations and promoting Dream Finders Homes throughout the community
      • Responding to all phone and internet inquiries expeditiously; converting leads to appointments and scheduling prospect appointments
      • Providing varied project and administrative support to the team in the development of marketing and advertising programs/promotions for new and existing communities
      • Meeting monthly minimum lead to appointment conversion goals

      EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE

      • Highly motivated with the ability to work independently
      • Superior time management skills
      • Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
      • Comfortable presenting ideas and solutions to leadership and key business partners
      • Strong attention to detail
      • Strong organizational skills and time management skills
      • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
      • Proficient in MS windows, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and outlook
      • Two years prior sales experience, preferably in online sales or internet marketing
      • Knowledgeable in residential homebuilding industry or real estate
      • High School Diploma or equivalent

      • The work environment is representative of an office/field setting
      • The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate

      PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

      While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to talk and hear. Vision abilities required by the job are close vision.
