      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the onboarding process for new online students and ensure timely and efficient student registration
      - Effectively communicate with students, offering guidance and support throughout the academic journey
      - Use problem-solving skills to address challenges and facilitate a positive student experience
      - Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to support students
      - Provide essential programmatic support and complete administrative duties

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business/management, higher education, student development, or related field
      - Two years of working experience in academic advising or online student services
      - Outstanding interpersonal, organizational, and written/oral communication skills
      - Capable of planning, managing, and executing events, programs, and administrative processes
      - Ability to attend to details, provide excellent customer service, collaborate, think creatively, and work independently

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree
      - Four years of working experience in academic advising or online student services
