What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Meet with students to identify learning needs and refer them to academic support resources

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in relevant field
- Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to analyze outcome data and apply feedback for program improvement
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in developing and implementing academic support programs
