- Be fashion and designer literate, with a thorough understanding of all designers, brands and seasonal trends.
- Work well as part of a team in a high pressure environment.
- Proven ability to work to stringent deadlines, with exceptional eye for detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Have strong work ethic be pro-active and able to show initiative.
- Previous ecommerce styling experience for a luxury fashion retailer.
- Excellent time management skills.

- Working closely with the Styling Manager’s and Senior Stylists to ensure all products are styled appropriately reflecting the MATCHES buy and fashion authority.
- Ensure all daily shoot/styling preparation is of the highest standard.
- Collaborate with the photographers and models to deliver all online brand imagery and videos that accurately depict the clothing and accessories.
- Meet all daily shoot targets and be measured both on volumes and content accuracy and quality.
- Co-ordinate re-shoots where required.
- Attend styling meetings and designer training sessions.
- Mentoring junior members of the styling team.

ROLE
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced Junior Stylist to join the styling team at MATCHES. You will have knowledge of women’s luxury fashion, produce inspiring and innovative styling content that inspires our customer and accurately depicts the unique MATCHES buy. You will work well within a team and be confident at communicating with different levels of stakeholders. You will be confident working in a fast-paced working environment, have a positive attitude, and confidently meet high-capacity deadlines.
