Job Description

- Supports the automotive district day to day operations
- Coordinates schedules to accommodate multiple locations
- Provides outstanding customer service and maintains a continuous focus on customer service
- Builds and maintains close relationships and coordination with plant management to quickly resolve issues and other related opportunities
- Through implementation and execution of company safety initiatives, create an environment where safety is a primary concern
- Supports Route Sales Representatives as needed
- Supports Territory Managers with AR collections and service issues that may arise
- Conducts sizing of new employees as needed
- Conducts In/Out counts when asked by Plant Management
- Drives and supports all Market Center initiatives
- Performs other duties as required or assigned by management
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years of service industry experience ideal
- Solid math and computer skills including working knowledge of MS Office software
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
- Ability to provide a high-quality service within a fast-paced and physically challenging environment
