- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Orlando, FL, or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 6 months of Information Technology experience.
- At least 6 months of experience with Microsoft desktop operating system and Windows application deployment, configuration, and management.
- Hands on Experience End to End Desktop/Laptop life cycle management.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
- Microsoft Client OS (Win7,8,10,11), Active Directory & it's services, DHCP, DNS.
- Print and File share services, Hardware Break-fix.
- Smart Hand Support in Network & Server devices (Basic), Patch Management, Windows Client Administration.
- Build and install PCs, telephone systems, wireless networks, and peripheral devices (such as printers, scanners, mobile/smart phones) related to desktop infrastructure.
- Maintain installed PCs, networks, telephone systems and peripherals with routine maintenance.

- Collaborate with Technology team members to ensure efficient operation of the organization’s desktop computing environment.
- Have proven track record of working with technologies from Microsoft SCCM, VMWare Horizon, Intune etc.
- If necessary, liaise with third-party support and PC equipment vendors.
- Perform related duties consistent with the scope and intent of the position.
- Good Communication and Analytical skills.
