What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the fleet and ensure clean and well-maintained equipment
- Perform profit/loss analyses to maintain center profitability
- Hire and mentor new team members
- Track and itemize inventory
- Ensure highest level of customer care
- Maintain a secure environment and monitor premises
- Participate in ongoing continuous education through U-Haul University

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of management experience in retail or another service industry with financial and customer satisfaction responsibility
- Computer and organizational expertise
- Proficiency in high-volume retail operations with P&L accountability
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
