  Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
  • Strong knowledge & hands-on experience on Cisco Network (Routing, Switching , Wireless)
  • Working experience on Fortinet Firewalls/VPN client
  • Understanding of daily operations and delivery processes
  • Application / software installation and trouble shooting
  • Knowledge / exposure to ticketing tools (Service Now)
  • Strong troubleshooting Skills on network

  Roles & Responsibilities
  • Lead Network to ensure service availability and Quality of Service as per the business requirements. experience with expert Knowledge in Cisco Routing and Switching technologies
  • Good to have knowledge and experience on Software defined technologies such as Cisco ACI and SDN
  • Must have expert knowledge in managing Multicast traffic
  • Must have expert knowledge on BIG IP F5 (LTM, GTM)
  • Have at least 8 years of experience in leading diverse team of technical members
  • Must have expertise on Firewalls (any: Palo Alto, Cisco FTD & FMC, FortiGate/Forticlient etc.) & VPN setup/troubleshooting
  • Very good working knowledge on BGP, OSPF, STP, Lan Switching, QoS, Multicast, Wireless, etc. and products experience on Nexus, ISR, ASR, Catalyst etc.
  • Working Knowledge as well as implementation skills and troubleshooting skills on Cisco switches, Routers and Wireless
  • Very good communication in Oral, Written & Presentation skills
  • Should have experience in working with ITIL based processes framework, such as change management, problem management, incident management, etc. Customer management, Problem understanding, resolving, technical support, service request and Change Implementation experience
  • Good diagnostic and troubleshooting skills on Routing and Switching
  • Provides tier 3 support and assists with project implementation within the networking environment. Successful provisioning as well as supervision of, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware, upgrades, RMA, OEM Coordination etc.
  • Must have expert in creating HLD, LLD, Visio Diagrams related to infrastructure
  • Good understanding of Bugs / Vulnerabilities remediation of Network Components.
  • Stakeholder / Customer Management
  • Product Certifications like , CCNA CCNP-R&S •
