      Job summary

      An exciting opportunity has arisen for Pharmacy Technicians looking to expand their experience by working on-sitewithin a GP in Durham.

      Main duties of the job

      • Undertake medicine reconciliations of patient record
      • Prescribe in line with the practice protocols
      • Update patient records, support medicine reviews and synchronization for groups of patients i.e., care homes
      • Improve patients' safe use of medicines
      • Help patients to get the best from their medicines by switching the medications to agreed and approved protocols
      • Carry out prescribing audits and medicines safety alerts
      • Support with Structured Medications Reviews

      We are currently seeking registered Pharmacy Technician to work on-site in a General Practice in Durham.

      The Role
