      About the location:

Enveloped by the melodies of birdsong in our courtyard, you’ll be transported to a world of enduring elegance and charm.

      1. Restoran kullanımı için gerekli olan malzemeleri departmanlardan temin etmek.

      2. Günlük servis hazırlıklarını yapmak, restoran arkasının temizliğini ve düzenini sağlamak.

      3. İçecek dolaplarının, kahve makinalarının temizliğini sağlamak, gerekli malzemeleri temin etmek.

      4. Restoran arkasında yapılan tüm servis hazırlıklarında aktif rol almak; ekmek sepetlerinin hazırlanması, tereyağlıklar, sıcak veya soğuk havlular, şamdanlar, içecek ünitelerinin hazırlığı.

      5. Kullanılmış ve kirli tüm materyali ilgili departmanlara uygun şekilde ulaştırmak.

      6. Restoran arkasının temizlik programına uymak.

      7. Tüm ekipmanı doğru şekilde taşımak ve korumak.

      8. Gerekli hallerde garsonlara servis sırasında yardımcı olmak.

      9. Mutfaktan, siparişi verilen yiyecekleri uygun biçimde restorana ulaştırmak, soğuk ürünlerin soğuk, sıcak ürünlerin sıcak servis yapılmaları için gerekli önlemleri almak.

      10. Tüm kazaları rapor etmek.

      11. Büfelerin kurulmasında ve depolara taşınmasında restoran personeline yardımcı olmak.

      12. Gerekli tüm toplantılara ve eğitimlere katılmak.

      13. Four Seasons stantarlarını öğrenmek ve uygulamak.

      14. Departmanlar arası ilişkilerde başarılı olmak.

      15. Amirlerinin kendisine verdiği tüm görevleri en iyi şekilde uygulamak.
