- Recruiting duties assigned by the head coach. Player development duties as directed by the head coach. Instruct student athletes in the sport, which includes skill instruction, motivating techniques, and conduct session practices under the direction of the Head Coach. Requires effective feedback during competitions.
- Gameday duties include coordination of equipment for players, pre-game routine instruction for the players, scouting report implementation. Pre- and post-game field prep.
- Organizing and planning recruiting duties, such as: JumpForward paperwork, official/unofficial visit planning, logging CARA hours, any operational request from the head coach. Planning all travel and accommodation, specifically hotel and team food coordination throughout the championship segment of the season.

Position Summary
Assistant Baseball Coach will oversee the player development duties directed by the head coach as well as recruiting duties. Player development/recruiting specific duties include but are not limited to: recruiting off-campus, recruiting on-campus, recruiting via electronic communications, daily developmental drills, in-game strategic decision making, creating/obtaining detailed scouting reports, and recruiting prospective student athletes under the direction of the head coach. This position will be responsible for all operational duties of the program, as directed by the head coach.Required Education
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university is required.Required Experience
Previous college coaching experience/or collegiate or professional playing experience is required.Required License/Certification
