OpenText Exstream Developer – Salary upto £35,000.
This is a great job for someone who has software development experience and a Customer Communication Management (CCM) background, with a good eye for detail and a passion for getting the right information to our customers in the right way, and at the right time.

A bit about the job:
The role is within our Communications and Storage platform team. As part of the core role offered, you’ll be helping us to develop and maintain communications for our customers using the OpenText Exstream software.

The team is all about agile software development, working with project teams or directly with stakeholders to deliver change and provide communications to our customers via both print and digital media. We collaborate extensively across the business with operations, product, marketing, and test teams, so our focus isn’t only on improving communications but also the way we work.

Aviva operates a “smart working” policy meaning that we spend approximately half of our time working in an office, and this role is based in Norwich.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Customer Communications Management (CCM) experience (it would be good if you know the OpenText Exstream product).

• A logical mindset and familiarity with programming syntax especially Visual Basic, Javascript, Python would be advantageous.

• Experience with a variety of Insurance products and customer journeys.

• IT best practice awareness – including Agile delivery, version and change control disciplines. The lead role would expect previous line management experience.

• Competent collaborator with JIRA and Confluence.

• Starting salary upto £35,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
