Realizar la limpieza de área de trabajo, equipos y materiales, para cumplir con los diferentes procesos
Organizar el área de trabajo
Ensamblar, envolver, empacar, llenar, sellar, coser, cortar telas, pulir, perforar, inspeccionar, moldear, imprimir, etiquetar de acuerdo a los procesos establecidos en cada estación, procesos de manufactura y políticas establecidas
Consultar dibujos, procedimientos y las especificaciones para asegurar la calidad del producto
Inspeccionar el producto, herramienta, material y/o equipo durante los procesos de manufactura para cumplir con los procedimientos establecidos tales como calibraciones, identificación, desgaste, mal funcionamiento y/o discrepancia del producto
Notificar al supervisor y/o designado cualquier discrepancia, material que no cumpla con las especificaciones y desviaciones a procedimientos y/o mal funcionamiento de equipo
Documentar el trabajo realizado siguiendo los procedimientos establecidos y órdenes de trabajo (WO’s) “Work Orders”. Auditar y aprobar las etiquetas en el área de “Label Cage” de acuerdo al procedimiento establecido
Empacar el producto de acuerdo a los requerimientos y procesos establecidos y reconciliar etiquetas en área de empaque
Auditar documentación de manufactura
Obtener el adiestramiento requerido antes de llevar a cabo una operación
Utilizar la vestimenta requerida y el equipo de protección personal y seguridad de acuerdo a los requisitos de su operación
Cumplir con los cGMP’s, estándares de calidad y políticas y/o procedimientos establecidos
Ejecutar otras funciones requeridas por el supervisor y/o designado.
Diploma de Escuela Superior o equivalente
Grado Técnico o Universitario deseado
Experiencia de trabajo en ambiente regulado preferida
Conocimiento cGMP’s y estándares de calidad deseado
