What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Keep track of case flow and communicate additional needs to the Sterile Processing Department
- Coordinate instrument turnarounds and communicate with the surgical team to ensure smooth operations
- Review surgical trays for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Perform data analysis to identify operational issues within the Operating Room and Sterile Processing Department
- Assist in the cleaning and maintenance of instrumentation to ensure quality of care

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2 years of relevant work experience or training in lieu of an Associate Degree
- Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and capable of learning software programs and/or hardware as required
- Certified in a related field or ability to obtain certification within 12 months
- Knowledge of OR workflow, procedures, medical terminology, and instrumentation
- Effective communication skills and customer-centric behavior

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in a healthcare-related service
- Strong analytical skills and ability to resolve issues in complex situations
