      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive sales of capital and consumable products addressing respiratory surgical complications in hospitals
      - Develop and execute effective sales strategies, maintaining accurate forecasts and projections
      - Identify and qualify sales leads while maintaining existing customer relationships
      - Collaborate with field sales teams to achieve target sales goals and manage profitable agreements
      - Conduct post-sales activities, including product education and ongoing customer support

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree
      - Minimum of 3 years of field sales experience
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills with exceptional client interaction abilities
      - Proven ability to succeed in complex sales and clinical environments
      - Thorough understanding of the sales process and medical sales arena

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 5 years of sales experience, including medical device or medical capital
      - Documented sales success in medical capital equipment and/or consumables
      - Experience selling to the acute care hospital operating room environment
      - Strong computer expertise and proficiency in business applications
      - Ability to quickly compile contracts with supporting financial business cases
