      Work Location: This is an on-site role

      Work Schedule: 2nd Shift Evening Monday - Friday (3 pm to 12:30 am)

      Compensation/Benefits: Attractive annual salary of $72,000-78,000 plus bonus with benefits including PTO, sick time, corporate holidays, medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and more. Compensation is based on experience, skills, and education.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Promote a safe environment for the customer's product, associates, and temporary workers.
      • Follows established operational procedures for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials, and keeping warehouse inventory current.
      • Provides 100% customer satisfaction.
      • Builds a positive teamwork environment by listening and communicating with all associates.
      • Helps maintain attendance and tardiness records.
      • Monitors daily compliance with safety procedures.
      • Investigates accidents and prepares reports.
      • Provides on-the-job coaching and training needed to ensure associate skills are maintained at desired levels.
      • Helps coordinate vacations, payroll, and time sheets for associates and temporary workers, complaints, and associate concerns about productivity and quality of work.
      • Oversee 30-plus associates.
      • Maintain proper Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for the food-grade warehouse.

      Minimum Requirements:

      • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with some college level study is required.
      • 2+ years’ experience in a supervisor warehousing role.
      • Strong oral and written communication skills.

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
      • Microsoft Office Suites experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
      • Lean six sigma experience a plus
      • Inventory experience a plus
      • Third-party logistics (3PL) experience a plus
      • Reach/Forklift Experience

      Qualifications
