The Operation Trainee will provide technical support to our engineers and scientists on a variety of technical tasks. We seek a detail-oriented individual who will perform engineering technician para-professional work to assist engineers in the organization.

Key Accountabilities

Following training plan and pass examination on schedule;

Support activities such as design, testing, production, operation of equipment and systems.

Work within defined technical processes and procedures or methodologies to help conclude the appropriate approach for new assignments.

Develop and recommend procedures and methods and prepare technical reports and documentation.

Collect, maintain, format, compile, and manipulate technical data, such as laboratory or material test results and engineering design changes.

You will work under minimal supervision and independently handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues while referring only the most complex issues to higher-level staff.

Other duties as assigned

协助完成设备或者系统的设计、测试、生产、运行等工作。

按照明确的流程/程序/方法开展工作。

按照既定的流程和方法完成技术报告和文档。

收集或维护处理各种生产运行数据。

非独立处理复杂的文书、行政、技术或客户支持问题，复杂问题由更高级别员工施行。
