Job Description
- Req#: DPDHGLOBAL27687ENGLOBALEXTERNALEARCU
- To support the Control Tower Operations with reporting from a Transport Management
- Assist with schedule movement of customer orders via own and 3rd party transport fleets within strict service and costs criteria.
- Translate, analyze and deliver customer needs through effective communication
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Maintain excellent communication skills across the Control Tower team to ensure an efficient service is provided to the customer at all times
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role ( Desirable )
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Office)
- Self-motivated and can work under own initiative
- Training period ( 8 weeks )
