      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist with preparing and verifying data for internal and external audits, ensuring accuracy and completeness
      - Monitor data integrity within client and staff databases, reporting any potential discrepancies
      - Compile reports and documents according to established guidelines
      - Support audits and investigations, including scheduling, documentation, and communication
      - Assist with communicating and upholding policies, procedures, and expectations to staff

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred
      - Strong writing and speaking skills to effectively communicate with diverse audiences
      - Service-oriented mindset, actively looking for ways to help others
      - Critical thinking skills to analyze and evaluate alternative solutions
      - Ability to recognize potential problems and exercise appropriate judgment for escalation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in data management or compliance within a healthcare or behavioral health setting
      - Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and client record maintenance
      - Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
