      Job Description & Summary

      A career in National Special Functions, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to support service, sector, and market leaders deliver the unique PwC client experience to our clients. You’ll play an important part in continuously innovating and improving Firm operations so that we can continue to provide the highest quality of services to our current and prospective clients.

      Our Projects and Change Management team helps PwC deliver sustainable change by getting people to accept, adopt, and drive change. We drive, develop, and communicate plans that enables our people to execute and embrace lasting transformation by empowering them to change their behaviour focusing on critical things that drive successful results.

      Meaningful work you’ll be part of

      As an Operational Excellence, Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

      • Establish credibility with prospective internal clients by demonstrating expertise in operational improvement, including Lean tools and techniques, and conducting Value Stream Mapping for identifying and eliminating waste

      • Support continuous improvement initiatives by promoting and embedding a culture of continuous improvement in organizations

      • Guide organizations through behavioral change journeys to maximize the return on investment from business transformation s

      • Utilize data tools to develop data models that provide valuable insights for informed decision-making at different organizational levels

      • Utilize collaboration tools to deliver workshops and presentations virtually, both on-site and remotely

      • Contribute to the production of high-quality deliverables within budget and timeline, ensuring buy-in from top management levels of client organizations

      • Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers within our internal clients

      • Contribute to the development of program visions, roadmap development, and innovative approaches within the operational excellence community and broader Strategy & Transformation team

      • Continuously build internal relationships and enhance the PwC brand

      Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve

      • Proven commitment to diversity and inclusion, with experience working alongside diverse people and perspectives

      • Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to confidently present concepts

      • Experience in delivering continuous improvement and change engagements for clients

      • Familiarity with process re-engineering strategies such as Lean and Six Sigma

      • Proficiency in stakeholder engagement and communication using various techniques and media

      • Experience in virtual facilitation, design thinking, and co-creation, either internally or with clients

      • Self-motivated with a passion for client work and collaboration

      • Strong multitasking and ambiguity management skills

      • Willingness to adopt and lead new approaches to work, such as personas, journey mapping, and gamification

      • Curiosity, lifelong learning mindset, and high energy
