- Support the Director and Manager of Operational Finance by providing in-depth financial and operational analysis related to all aspects of Field Maintenance Operations (FMO), including both operational and expense-related activities
- Manage, organize, and analyze large volumes of financial and operational data with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring data integrity and usability for reporting and decision-making
- Lead the FMO monthly close process, including preparation of journal entries, performing account reconciliations, conducting variance analytics, and delivering results with clear, actionable commentary
- Respond to ad hoc information and data requests from FMO field team, ensuring timely and accurate insights
- Contribute to the quarterly forecasting and annual planning processes for FMO maintenance activities by analyzing trends, comparing forecasts to actuals, and identifying key drivers of differences
- Provide detailed operational, financial, and profitability analyses as requested to support strategic decision-making and improve performance visibility
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Data Management from an accredited four-year college or university
- 2–4 years of progressive experience in operational analysis, including complex variance analysis, general accounting, and/or FP&A; prior experience in an Operational Finance role is preferred
- Strong self-motivation with the ability to solve problems independently, manage ambiguity, and operate effectively in a strategically driven, fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong emphasis on accuracy, data literacy, data integrity, and clearly defined processes
- Prior experience with ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle, is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (including pivot tables and basic macros)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial insights clearly to diverse stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build effective working relationships

This role will support cross-functional business partners, performing in-depth variance analysis, and driving data-informed operational decisions. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a collaborative mindset and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
The Operational Finance Analyst is responsible for leading all activities related to the Field Maintenance Operation’s (FMO), planning and forecasting, financial month-end close activities, and reporting and analytics. Bring expertise in financial and operational data analysis, develop and oversee strategic FMO field initiatives and lead the Finance partnership with the FMO field team.
