      $150,623 - $153,175 per annum + annual leave loading + 11% Superannuation

      The Opportunity

      You will be responsible for the coordination of daily operations and clinical practice of the nursing service, managing and organising comprehensive, safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a facility that is committed to innovative models of care, supports professional development and a dynamic team that strives a high standard patient safety care.

      You will provide leadership across the facility and service by managing, developing and implementing sustainable strategies that facilitate efficient and effective delivery of high quality patient care and efficient use of resources.

      To excel in this position, you must have:
      • Current unencumbered Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
      • Extensive recent management experience with experience in leading staff and managing services in the relevant setting, supported by a relevant tertiary management qualification and/or work experience.
      • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and engage with patients/consumers, carers and the multidisciplinary health care team and to represent the organisation at a local level.
