- Level 4 in Business Administration or able to demonstrate equivalent level of knowledge and experience
- A detailed understanding of the Integrated Community Services office environment
- Knowledge of using data collection systems and SystmOne
- An understanding of EOL, ERoster management, EExpenses or an equivalent system
- Knowledge of incident reporting and complaints handling
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Practical experience of working with others
- Experience in using one's own initiative

Job summary
We are looking to recruit a highly motivated individual in the role of Operational Quality Assurance coordinator for the Community Nursing service. The post holder will be responsible in supporting the Operations Manager and Clinical Team Lead to ensure the effective management of processes and systems in place to support with data quality team, be responsible for plotting and maintenance of the nursing rotas via Health Roster and supervision of the admin staff.
Main duties of the job
Some experience of systems such as Datix, SystmOne and eRoster, is desirable.
