To manage travel and accommodation arrangements for Operations Department, consolidate records and send to Accounts Department at month end.
To support the Operations Admin Coordinator and Operations Management Team in projects linked to delivering BPAS Business Strategy, and specific Operations projects.
To regularly update Unit information on the BPAS intranet.
To organise meetings, take notes and produce and distribute minutes / action trackers.
To source external venues and organise internal events / away days in line with policy.
To provide general office administration and booking rooms for internal meetings and training.
- Good IT skills, with experience of working on MS Office including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Microsoft Teams.
- Excellent diary management and organisational skills.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the business.

Job summary
Please note: This is a hybrid home working role for 23 hours per week. Travel to our Head office in Leamington Spa will be required for meetings and also other units as and when required.

We are looking for an Operational Support Admin Assistant to provide an administrative and clerical support service to the wider senior Operational Management Team. You will be working within a small team to ensure the operational support office provides comprehensive, efficient and effective support to the Associate Directors of Operations and Operational Quality Managers.
This is a permanent, part-time role, working 23 hours per week over Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. More details can be found below.
