- Research system capabilities and prepare gap analyses
- Coordinate implementations and enhancements
- Act as a liaison between various functional, technical, and operational teams
- Document functional requirements
- System and integration testing
- Guide prioritization of software development
- Differentiate between process-opportunities and technology-opportunities
- Travel is required for this role
- Rail industry experience a plus
- Exceptional communication skills
- Highly organized
- Independent and takes initiative
- General technical expertise (“Enough to be dangerous”)
- Data Structure, Analysis, Software Architecture
- Applicable Prior Roles:
- Product Owner, Project Management, Software Implementation, IT, Rail Logistics etc.
- Can learn new systems quickly with a propensity to ‘self-teach'
- 5 years professional experience
- Applicable Education:

- STEM, Computer Science, Business, IT, Supply Chain Management, Analytics, etc.
