      Pay Range: $75k/annual

      Pay is based on numerous factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

      POSITION SUMMARY INFORMATION: DUTIES AND REQUIREMENTS

      Job Summary:

      The Operations Admin Manager provides administrative support to all Projects.

      The Operations Admin Manager offers administrative support to all Response Logistics Projects, both on-site and remote. A general summary of responsibilities includes in-processing new employees, employee scheduling, process documentation, PTO tracking, and certification tracking. The Operations Admin Manager is expected to deploy to Projects, often on short notice, to assist with Project startup and stabilization. When not deployed, the Operations Admin Manager will provide remote administrative support to all Response Logistics Projects.

      Duties/Responsibilities:

      • Ensure Receive and orient new employees receive an orientation and provide them with a welcome brief.
      • Oversee all administrative staff both assigned to and supporting projects.
      • Create project specific employee orientation and welcome briefings.
      • Forecast staffing needs for projects to ensure contract compliance is maintained.
      • Oversee project schedules to ensure fair and balanced schedule is created.
      • Assist employees with timesheets, PTO requests, and other administrative duties.
      • Maintain positive, supportive, and respectful relations with customers, clients, and coworkers.
      • Follow and enforce Company and Project guidelines, policies, and procedures.
      • Work cooperatively and effectively with other staff members.
      • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
      • Responsible for records keeping, resource coordination, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with government regulations.
      • Attend meetings, compile, and submit required reports, and other tasks as assigned.

      Required Education, Certifications, Licenses, and Experience:

      • 2 years experience in an administrative field.
      • 1 year experience in a managerial or supervisory position.
      • Previous experience working in a deployed or project position.
      • Strong organizational and communication skills.
      • Strong interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, customers, and other project members.
      • Ability to use sound judgement and perform job duties with minimal supervision.
      • Ability to navigate Microsoft Office products, specifically, Outlook email, Word and Excel. Intermediate level with Microsoft Excel required.
      • Excellent attention to detail to procedures, processes, and policies.
      • Must be able to work a 12-hour shift during the week including weekends, holidays, and overnights.

      Work Environment:

      Employees may be exposed to extreme cold or hot weather conditions, fumes, or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and loud noise.

      Physical Requirements:

      Employees may be required to remain in a stationary position, stand, push, pull, climb, kneel, crawl, balance, squat, bend, and reach. Employees may be also required to use gear to move items around, including, but not limited to, carts and dollies. Employees may also be occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 49 pounds.
