- 1 - 2 days off/week.
- 40 working hours/week.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Italian is required. Other European languages would be advantageous.
- Great organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the leisure and tourism industry is desirable.
- Able to work in a flexible manner (including different shifts Monday-Sunday)
- Able to solve problems independently and embrace our digital culture.
- Easily adapt to working changes and quickly learn new skills
- A collaborative and great team player
- Ability to prioritize in day-by-day workload
- Oversee and manage hotel and land service reservations for groups and individuals
- Ensure last minute operational changes and/or reservations
- Ensure all reservations are managed in detail and suppliers receive them on time
- Load correctly all reservations in the system
- Send all needed documents (final details and vouchers) to the clients
- Send the proforma invoice to the clients in advance when pre-payment is required
- Request and monitor pre-payments both of clients and suppliers
- Solve daily operational issues
- Assist clients when on the spot through the emergency line
- Re-check all reservations day by day
- Monitor booking positions for groups and send weekly updates to the hotels
- Local guide contracting
- Supplier invoices discrepancy check
We are seeking digital experienced and helpful individuals like you to join our diverse team of Operations Agents in Italy(Sorrento).
You will be responsible for communicating booking updates with our key excursion & transfer suppliers and destination teams to ensure a smooth Service Delivery operation.
