What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain and enhance third-party platforms as a product owner; act as a product liaison and troubleshoot technical issues
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and reports
- Support compliance-related products, including state filings and audit requests
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve automation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product, compliance, and system integration
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required; STEM or analytical background preferred
- 1-4 years of full-time professional experience
- Strong organization and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to data integrity
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Exposure to insurance, operations, or data analysis
- Experience with Python, RStudio, or other coding tools
- Strong Excel and data visualization skills (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
