  Job Description

  Join our team as an Operations Analyst to help deliver a Low-Income energy program in Ontario. We are a tight-knit team who are multi-talented, hard workers, and passionate about reducing energy consumption.

  As an Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for the reporting of one of our programs along with providing support to staff and managers within other teams working on the same program. This Co-op will run from September 2023 to December 2023.

  
  What we need help with…

  • Manage program-related data and conduct complex analyses based on program needs

  • Produce complex reports while ensuring compliance with the terms of our contract, relevance of content, and professional presentation.

  • Setting up dashboards and KPI trackers

  • Create dashboards using PowerBI

  • Organized, self-starter who thrives in a team environment

  • A strong verbal and written communicator

  • Friendly, people person who is passionate about the environment

  • Located in Ontario

  Exciting candidates have…

  • 2-4 years in an operations-based roles

  • Active enrolment in Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, and experience with Power Query and Power BI is an asset

  • Data-driven, highly detailed-oriented, systems thinker

  • Ability to work well with all levels of management and colleagues

  Compensation Range

  $17.00 - $27.20
