What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assess needs in relation to established business priorities and consult with subject matter experts to develop technical solutions
- Communicate regularly with assigned functional teams on financial and statistical issues, providing analytical support
- Maintain company-wide scorecards and dashboards, identifying data collection points and developing tools
- Identify and implement internal controls and process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency
- Facilitate the development of solutions that integrate knowledge of business processes and issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of BA/BS degree with 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Basic skills with a moderate level of proficiency or moderate skills with a basic level of proficiency
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the insurance industry or business process outsourcing
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
